The terms and conditions herein determine the sole basis of our contract for the sale of goods and services on our site.
We use Paypal as our preferred payment method. You don’t need an account to use Paypal – they have their own set of T & C’s on their website. Paypal will operate through both debit or credit card accounts for your convenience.
Once you have booked and paid for a place on a workshop, retreat or adventure, it is non-refundable unless we are able to replace your space by another booking. Our costs for these events are fixed and are not dependant on the numbers so just like concerts or other events we cannot give refunds without replacement. We are unable to give any refund in the event of non-attendance, regardless of the circumstances so if you do need to cancel please advise us as early as possible so we can do our best to sell your space. If we are successful then you will receive a full refund.
If we have to cancel an event through lack of interest or other out of our control conditions, we will refund your paid fee in full. Please make sure you check with us before booking any non-refundable travel or equipment to ensure the event is still being held.
Reveal Photographic carries up to date policies for Personal and Public Liability Insurance. We do not however cover you for travel or your own camera/equipment insurance. We strongly suggest you get your own cover if we are travelling within or outside of Australia. Please be aware that we cannot be held liable for any costs you may incur through loss or damage of your equipment.
